• Purpose - Athletic development to prepare you for 7th and 8th-grade athletics 
    Expectations - You will dress out daily and push yourself to be a better athlete
    Activities - Speed and endurance, agility, explosion activities, sports specific drills, strength lifting techniques
     
    Cost - $35 for backpack, journal, and athletic uniform

    If you are participating in Pre-Athletics you will need to Purchase an athletic uniform (purchase includes bag and journal) through Coach Sidman or Coach Hanetho starting on the first day of school.
